We are now looking to recruit a full time, office based strong HR Administrator. This role is designed to be the next step into a generalist HR or advisory career, offering hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle and to support the growth of professional development.
Role Purpose:
To manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle administration independently, serving as the primary point of contact for staff while ensuring data accuracy, basic legal compliance, and smooth communication across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all HR related administration is processed efficiently, accurately and appropriately

Manage the maternity/paternity/adoption process

Manage and implement the recruitment policy and guidelines ensuring transparent and fair practices,

Maintain the HR database including regular data integrity audits

Support recruitment and selection requirements and coordination of interviewing,
-
Process all new starter administration including induction coordination
-
Assist with employee lifecycle administration including changes, updates and leavers
-
Support with organising companywide events
- Support with formal meetings for various Employee Relations cases in a note taking capacity

Support with HR related projects as and when required

Provide regular reports on HR data as and when required

Support in updating employee policies and procedures

Undertake simple correspondence tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong HR administration background
-
Experience in working in precision engineering an advantage but not a requirement

Good understanding of HR policy, new regulations and employee lifecycle

Experience in HR database's such as Cezanne HR, Workday etc.
Ideally CIPD L3 or equivalent qualified
