Pay: £12.71 per hour – paid weekly on Fridays
Hours: 38.5 hours per week on average
Shift Options: Wednesday–Saturday
Shift Times: Days: 7am–7pm

We’re looking for hardworking and motivated Production Operatives to join our Operations team at Alconbury Weald. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating and monitoring the automated Twister Line.
- Carrying out routine quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues.
- Supporting the smooth running of production while minimising downtime.
- Following all health, safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area in line with our "Clean As You Go" policy.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
- Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and productivity
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with automated machinery (desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
