At The Dental Lounge, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dentistry with an outstanding patient experience. We are looking for a warm, proactive and highly organised Patient Care Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.
You will be at the heart of the patient journey, guiding patients from their initial enquiry through to treatment completion, ensuring they feel informed, supported and valued every step of the way.

About the Role
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
- Provide an exceptional, personalised experience for patients throughout their journey.
- Conduct face-to-face, virtual and telephone consultations for cosmetic, restorative and general dental treatments.
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients make informed decisions.
- Support the conversion of treatment plans through ethical and proactive follow-up.
- Become the main point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to aftercare.
- Explain fees, finance options and staged payment plans.
- Work closely with our dentists and clinical team to coordinate patient care and optimise diary utilisation.
- Lead daily team huddles and contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
- Support marketing initiatives, patient referrals and practice growth.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- An excellent communicator with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
- Professional, compassionate and solution-focused.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Business-minded and able to understand the commercial side of a private dental practice, with confidence discussing treatment fees and finance options.
- Comfortable using digital systems and technology (experience with Dentally is advantageous).
- A strong team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Previous experience in private dentistry or a treatment coordinator role is desirable but not essential. Candidates with backgrounds in healthcare, hospitality or luxury retail management are also encouraged to apply.What We Offer
