We're looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 40 hour per week (Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm)
Location: McVitie's, 54 Church Street, Carlisle, Cumbria, England, CA2 5TG
Role Responsibilities:
Complete cleaning tasks in line with Cleaning Work Instructions and site procedures
Perform deep cleans, strip-down cleans and post-production cleaning activities
Ensure all equipment and work areas are left hygienic, safe and ready for production
Follow strict food safety, hygiene and contamination control procedures
Safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment and PPE in accordance with training and COSHH requirements
Report defects, hazards, contamination risks and equipment damage
Complete cleaning records and hygiene documentation accurately
Support audit readiness and maintain high standards across the site
Work closely with supervisors, production teams and colleagues to achieve operational targets
What we're looking for:
Ability to communicate and read basic English
Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
Flexible and proactive approach to work
Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
