JNR Contracting Ltd is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Financial Administrator
to join ourgrowing team at our Leeds head office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous financial or office administration experiencewho enjoys working with figures, maintaining accurate records and supporting the financial operationsof a busy construction business.
The Role
Working closely with the management team, you will provide administrative and financial supportacross the business, helping to ensure our financial processes are accurate, efficient and well organised.
Key Responsibilities
Processing purchase invoices and supplier statements.
Raising sales invoices and monitoring customer accounts.
Assisting with credit control and payment tracking.
Reconciling supplier and customer accounts.
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
Processing expenses and assisting with payroll administration where required.
Preparing financial information for the company's accountants.
Updating spreadsheets, reports and internal databases.
Supporting contract administration and document management.
Assisting with general office administration as required.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a finance, accounts or office administration role.
Excellent numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience using accounting software such as Sage, Xero or QuickBooks would beadvantageous.
The ability to work accurately, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
A professional, trustworthy and confidential approach to handling financial information.
Experience within the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
