Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your role will encompass various responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, whether in a restaurant, golf bays, or bar setting. You will be required to learn golfing software (Trackman) and help troubleshoot customers golfing needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Log people into our golfing software and organise their bay.
- Assist with seating arrangements and ensure guests are comfortable.
- Take and process orders accurately while providing menu recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in bartending duties, including preparing beverages and serving drinks.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or catering environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of golf and Trackman is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with a proactive approach to assisting colleagues and guests alike.
- Bartending experience, along with a passion for providing outstanding service.
