We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator specialising in Mortgages to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mortgage documentation and liaising with our customers and lenders. Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain mortgage files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of mortgage applications and related paperwork.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate communication and document exchange.
- Verify financial information provided by clients, including income, assets, and liabilities.
- Ensure all activities comply with current regulatory standards and company policies.
- Update internal databases accurately to reflect the status of each mortgage application.
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic maths skills essential for verifying financial data accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail to minimise errors in documentation and data entry.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programmes.
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a collaborative approach within the team.
Working Pattern
- Minimum of 24 hours per week - would consider Full Time or Part Time
- Working days/hours can be flexible to suit the right candidate
- This is an office-based role in Harpenden, remote working can be discussed after probation.
