Greeting customers ,offering assistance , answering questions about our products and resolving issues that may arise.
Provide attentive food and beverages service to all our customers.
Completing sales transactions efficiently.
Assisting the product displays by arranging , traying , boxing and restocking the food counters.
Provide both in person and telephone advice for advance orders such as celebration cakes and other bespoke events.
Multitask and follow instructions in our often busy fast paced environment
Maintain food storage areas like the counter ,fridge , freezer and stock room.
Maintain the shop equipment such as the coffee machines , oven ,slicers, trays , tongs and utensils .
General cleaning duties such equipment and floor areas , waste handling as well as updating cleaning schedules
Ability to work at our other shop location such as Ballykelly
Tuesday to Saturdays , 8.30am - 5.30pm , however Part Time hours also considered with another candidate. Some Shifts for holiday cover may require earlier starts.
Saturday Trainee position also considered.
