PAY: Around £220 per shift. £1,140 on 5 shifts, £1,360 on 6 shifts. Every weekend shift adds £20 on top of that. Money lands Tuesday - we take the extra day to check every figure before it goes out. These are numbers from what our drivers actually invoice, not a headline figure.
THE WORK: Tramping on Amazon Relay from our yard in Melton Mowbray (LE14 3JL). Planned routes, not multidrop chaos. Your week is planned ahead in StarTMS, our own app - shifts, routes and pay in one place.
BASIS: Employment status is determined individually when you join, in line with HMRC rules - LTD, agency or PAYE, whichever correctly fits.
WHO WE ARE: 191 trucks (DAF and Mercedes Actros), 185 drivers, running Amazon Relay work out of Melton Mowbray.
REQUIREMENTS: Valid C+E (Class 1) licence, digital tacho card, right to work in the UK.
