We’re a 32-bedroom boutique hotel and spa near Bath where luxury is relaxed, service is personal and our guests are encouraged to have a bloody good time.
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant and help create a great guest experience from the moment someone walks through the door.
What you’ll be doing-
Giving every guest a warm and confident welcome

Managing restaurant arrivals and seating guests

Checking reservations and helping organise the flow of the restaurant

Communicating closely with the restaurant team throughout service

Making sure special occasions, requests and guest details are recognised

Helping guests with questions about menus, the hotel and their experience

Keeping the entrance and host area looking smart and organised
-
Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team when needed
What we’re looking for-
Previous hosting experience within a hotel restaurant

Confidence dealing with guests face-to-face

Experience working in a busy restaurant environment

Excellent communication and organisation skills

A warm, friendly and professional manner

The ability to keep calm and organised during busy services

Great attention to detail and a genuine passion for looking after people
The details-
£13 per hour plus tronc

40 hours per week
