We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team who is able to co-ordinate with other team members, take direction well and keep a cool head under pressure. This role involves being in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment and requires experience with cash transactions, POS systems and inventory management. We're looking for an efficient and reliable Bartender to help maintain our bar's reputation by providing excellent customer service, great hospitality and ensuring that our customers are served quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance to standard recipes.
- Ensure strict compliance to relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies.
- Make accurate recommendations and answering questions from customers relating to drinks.
- Ensuring all closedown jobs via Manager are completed to a high standard and everything is prepared for next day's business.
- Maintaining a strict Challenge 25 policy & ensuring all IDs are checked & appear valid.
Successful applicants will have to complete compliance based online training courses by our provider, CPL. These courses cover a range of health & safety, licensing and job-based knowledge courses.
This role will involve weekend work & public holidays, with the right candidate opportunities for extra weekday and day shifts available.
