We're on the lookout for a bright, energetic, and compassionate Activities Coordinator to lead our residents in engaging, meaningful and fun-filled experiences that make every day special. If you believe that laughter is the best medicine, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bringing smiles through arts and crafts, games, music, movement, gardening, baking, and more!
- Organising themed days, mini-events, and special moments our residents will cherish
- Encouraging individual hobbies and one-to-one activities for those quiet moments
- Working alongside our amazing Care Workers and Cooks to create holistic, joyful days
- Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and helping them stay connected to the things they love
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You're outgoing, creative, and have a genuine passion for making people feel valued and included
- Experience in care, activities, events, or just being the life and soul of the party!
- Organised but flexible — plans can change, but the fun doesn't stop
- A good listener who can adapt activities to suit individual preferences and abilities
- Confident using basic tech (for music, videos, or helping residents connect with family)
