Experienced Sous Chef required for busy hotel, restaurant and events venue in West Lothian.
The Hilcroft Hotel is a fast-paced venue offering All-Day Dining in our One O Eight Restaurant for hotel guests and non-residents. Our Restaurant is very popular with the local community and offers an extensive menu focusing on classic and Bistro style dishes.
The Hilcroft Hotel is also an events venue catering for up to 250 event guests on a given day. We regularly host weddings and events at the weekends and we have a lively festive season.
Our Sous Chef will oversee the kitchen team when on duty and will supervise all kitchen operations, deputising for the Head Chef on days off and annual leave. It is essential you have previous fresh food and banqueting experience and you are confident to manage a kitchen brigade of Chefs & Kitchen Porters.
