HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR - LONDON SW1W
£17.49 per hour
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only – 8am to 4pm with some evening working for events
People are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a talented Hospitality Supervisor with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and leading a team to join our fantastic independent school site in London SW1W.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day hospitality operation, ensuring our food and beverage services are delivered to an excellent standard and creating a welcoming experience for students, staff and guests. You’ll oversee the front of house operation, support and develop your team, and help deliver hospitality services and events across the school.
As Hospitality Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the daily hospitality and F&B operation, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, hygiene and customer care are maintained at all times. You’ll lead and support a small team, allocate duties effectively, respond to customer feedback, and help ensure the smooth running of events, including some evening events when required.

As our ideal Hospitality Supervisor you will:-

Have previous experience in hospitality, catering, restaurant, hotel or event operations

Have proven experience of supervising, leading and supporting a team
-
Have excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach

Have strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate a busy hospitality operation

Be passionate about delivering high standards of food and beverage service and creating an excellent customer experience

Have the ability to respond confidently and professionally to customer queries, complaints and feedback

Have a good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety and safe working practices
-
Be able to work effectively under pressure and resolve operational issues quickly
-
Have a great eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime when required for events.
