Experience
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities within a healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of nursing practices, care planning, and patient management
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
