Food Packing Operative – Bristol (BS31)
Pay: £12.71 per hour | Paid Weekly
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:15pm
Location: Keynsham, Bristol (BS31)
WB Employment are currently recruiting Food Packing Operatives to join a growing health food manufacturing company based in Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a clean, modern production environment where full training is provided — no previous experience is required.

The Role
As a Food Packing Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the production and packing of health food products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Following written and verbal instructions to complete daily production tasks
- Accurately weighing and preparing ingredients
- Working in a cleanroom environment while wearing full PPE, including gown and gloves
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Operating manual and semi-automated production equipment safely
- Following process sheets and procedures to meet production targets
- Maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the production process
- Working as part of a supportive team and contributing to continuous improvement
About You
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are keen to learn and develop within a busy production environment.
You should have:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic maths and computer skills
- The ability to read, write and speak English confidently
- The ability to follow instructions and production procedures
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves standing and manual work
- No previous experience is required — full training will be provided
Please note: You will be working around ingredients that may contain nuts and dairy, so you must be comfortable working in this environment.
