What You'll Be Doing
You'll join our skilled bakery team creating award-winning breads, pastries, cakes, and viennoiserie(I thought I would add these with the cold room on they way…don’t know if I have spelt it right but will check before I load it up) using traditional methods and the very best ingredients.
Every day is hands-on and varied, from:
- Mixing, shaping, and baking artisan breads
- Handcrafting croissants and pastries
- Working as part of a supportive team committed to quality
Whether you have bakery experience or not, we'll provide full training and teach you the Hambleton way.
Hours
2:00am to 9:30am 37.5 hours per week 5 days out of 7
The early start isn't for everyone, but if you enjoy getting your work done early and having your days free, you'll love it.

Our bakery is in a rural location and public transport is not available at our start time.
You must have your own transport to get to work.
