Early Years Trainee (Level 3 EYE & Montessori)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for Early Years education and the Montessori approach to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Montessori setting while studying towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator (EYE) qualification, with the addition of a Montessori qualification.
What the role offers
- Practical experience working in a supportive Montessori environment.
- Study towards a recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
- Additional Montessori training and qualification.
Requirements
- A passion for working with young children and a genuine interest in Montessori pedagogy.
- Commitment to completing approximately 7 hours of self-study per week at home.
- The Level 3 EYE and Montessori qualifications must be completed within 12 months.
- English Functional Skills are required
