We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join us at TeamCare Healthcare and provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support with daily living activities.
- Assisting service users with washing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- Promoting dignity, independence, privacy, and choice.
- Working effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, and care procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience working in paid care.
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, Care Assistant, or similar role.
- A caring, patient, and respectful approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
- Right to work in the UK.
