Here At Park House Residential Home, We Have An Exciting Opening For A Health Care Assistant To Work During The Day, Will Include Alternate Weekends. At Park House we look after individuals who are 65 over, and people living with Dementia.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed.
- Follow care plans to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members.
- Utilize IT skills to document client care and progress accurately.
- Demonstrate excellent English and communication skills when interacting with clients and their families.

Pay: £13.26 per hour
