Express Appliances are now hiring for a White Goods Delivery Driver and Install Technician to join our growing team, the candidate must have a good understanding of current road legislation and laws, be able to work well in a team, have good communication and customer service skills, and have a full U.K. driving licence.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to; daily vehicle safety checks, loading and unloading of the vehicle, driving/co-piloting, and delivery and installation of household white goods appliances, and some tech products too. The job also entails heavy lifting and maneuvering of appliances, up and down stairs, therefore a good level of fitness is recommended.
Prior installation knowledge is not a necessity as full training is provided; however past knowledge will benefit the applicant.
We cover a very vast area; including the whole of Essex, portions of Suffolk and the majority of London. We also cover some of Kent and Hertfordshire as well.
There is an element of GDPR compliance as well, due to the nature of dealing with customers details. Furthermore there is also an aspect of money handling.
