Seasonal, live-in role at our student residence (Beachside 1) in Roseville Street, St Helier. The caretaker is primarily responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures and for keeping the communal areas clean and tidy. Our main residence manager resides at Beachside 2 next door and will provide guidance as to the duties expected on an ongoing basis. This is a seasonal, live-in role at our student residence (Beachside 1) in Roseville Street, St Helier. The caretaker is primarily responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures and for keeping the communal areas clean and tidy. A double room with private bathroom is provided in lieu of 10 hours average weekly work. (All bills included).
