Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper / Breakfast Assistant to join our team on weekends. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and providing excellent breakfast service to our guests. Experience of hospitality an advantage but not necessary if you have the skills and are ready to learn
Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and communal areas in accordance with hotel standards
- Assist with setting up breakfast tables and serving guests as required
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure guest and staff safety
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and maintaining high standards of hygiene is desirable
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during busy weekend shifts
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: £15.00 per hour
