Join Our Team as a Logistics Operative
Purpose:
Be a key player in our logistics operations! You’ll help receive, process, pick, and dispatch stock and orders while keeping things running smoothly at our Newport site.
What You’ll Do:
- Organise stock – Handle incoming and outgoing products with care.
- Cooler storage – Keep products stored properly and rotated.
- Pick orders – Follow pick lists to prepare orders accurately.
- Check stock – Spot overstocks, shortages, and report them.
- Stay tidy – Keep the cooler clean and organised.
- Record & report – Handle paperwork and records efficiently.
- Teamwork – Cover extra shifts and assist with other tasks as needed.
What You Need:
- Forklift or electric wheels license.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Awareness of company policies.
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of FIFO procedures.
- Familiarity with flowers and greenery products.
Key Info:
- Available shift patterns:
- 1. Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 18:00
- 2. 4 on 4 off 6:00 - 18:00
- Pay: £13.21 rising to £13.41 and £13.61 with service .
- Overtime: 125% of hourly rate for additional shifts.
- Leave: 20 days (including bank holidays).
