Role is based at our Swindon head office with some travel to our depots.

Lead the delivery of the people workstream, supporting the mobilisation of C.20+ new sites. Accountable for embedding and scaling the existing approach to People processes, systems, frameworks, policies and critically Smiths news’ culture and values. Ensuring that new sites reflect the identity, standards and ways of working of the wider business from day one. The postholder will ensure that all people activity is aligned to the wider People strategy and that rapid growth is delivered in a way that strengthens cultural consistency, engagement and organisational integrity.

About you
- Senior HR leadership experience within multi-site operational environments
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation or mobilisation programmes
- Experience of embedding and scaling organisational culture during periods of growth or change
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE and employee relations
- Experience working within established HR operating models and frameworks
- Strong commercial and operational understanding
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to balance pace, control, and cultural integrity
- Data-driven with strong insight capability with high attention to governance and consistency
