As our Finance ERP Lead, you will shape and deliver the strategy for our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You will ensure our platforms are scalable, resilient, and aligned with long‑term business needs.
This is a high‑impact role where you will work at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Transformation, helping to simplify complexity and drive better decision-making across a global organisation.
What you’ll be doing

Define and lead the architecture and design of Kantar’s Finance ERP landscape, with a focus on D365 Finance & Operations

Deliver large-scale ERP implementations and enhancements, ensuring quality, scalability and business alignment

Partner closely with Finance, Technology and Transformation teams to translate business needs into effective solutions

Oversee integrations, data flows and system design, ensuring best practice and consistency

Manage external vendors and delivery partners, ensuring strong performance and value for investment

Drive continuous improvement across system performance, stability and operational processes

Provide technical leadership and guidance across ERP platforms, supporting long-term roadmap development
The ideal skills and experience

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

Experience working with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is beneficial

Proven track record delivering ERP transformation programmes in complex organisations

Strong understanding of system integration, data structures and cloud-based architecture (ideally Microsoft Azure)

Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions

Experience managing stakeholders and influencing at senior levels

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
