Our client, a reputable independent specialist garage in Lutterworth, is seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Senior Technician who excels in diagnostics and complex repairs, seeking long-term stability within a supportive environment.

- Competitive basic salary between £35,000 – £45,000, dependent on experience and qualifications

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 5:30pm (option to finish at 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch)

Duties as a Senior Vehicle Technician will include:
- Diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical faults across various vehicle makes and models
- Performing advanced repairs with precision and attention to detail
- Conducting routine servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
- Utilising modern diagnostic equipment to identify issues efficiently
- Supporting junior technicians to ensure team productivity
- Maintaining accurate workshop documentation and repair records
- Ensuring all work is performed safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic capabilities
- Confidence in executing complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach with pride in producing high-quality work
- Full UK Driving Licence
