Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bar operations, including food and beverage preparation, serving, and presentation
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bartenders and support staff to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels for beverages and bar essentials
- Train team members on food preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, customer service skills, and safety procedures
- Monitor guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairing options and special promotions
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a bar or restaurant setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices within hospitality environments
- Experience in food safety protocols and food production processes
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, hotel experience or similar hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Barista experience or expertise in beverage crafting is a plus
- Excellent leadership abilities combined with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Strong communication skills to effectively train staff and interact with guests
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
