About the role:
We're looking for an experienced and innovative Business Insight Manager to join our leadership team.
This is a pivotal role responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality business intelligence, reporting, and analytical insight across the organisation. You'll play a key role in helping senior leaders make informed decisions by transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive performance, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Head of Customer and Business Intelligence, you'll lead the Business Information team, ensuring reporting requirements are prioritised, delivered effectively, and aligned to organisational objectives. You'll also contribute to the development and delivery of our data management strategy, helping to embed a data-driven culture across the business.
What you’ll do

Lead, manage and prioritise the delivery of reporting and insight requests across the organisation.

Support the Head of Customer and Business Intelligence in delivering the Group's data management strategy.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of organisational data to ensure accurate, meaningful and impactful reporting.

Create, automate and maintain user-friendly self-service reporting solutions that support performance monitoring and decision-making.

Produce analytical and interpretive reports that identify trends, opportunities, risks and performance drivers.

Provide expert guidance on business information, data quality and reporting best practice.

Lead and develop a high-performing Business Information team, supporting individual and team growth.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring business needs are understood and translated into valuable insight.
About you
To be successful in this role, you'll combine strong leadership skills with extensive technical expertise and a passion for using data to drive business performance.
You'll have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience leading and managing a team.

Significant experience delivering business information, reporting and statistical analysis in a complex organisation.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within demanding timescales.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Experience presenting complex data and business information to senior managers and directors in a clear and engaging way.

Advanced SQL Server expertise, including query optimisation, aggregation, automation and the development of ETL processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations.

Experience developing automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
