Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create strategic plans that align with organisational goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve set targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector.
- Demonstrable success in generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive approach with a strategic mindset aimed at achieving measurable results.
Pay: £35,700.00-£55,700.00 per year
