Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations.
- Manage the service process from order taking to delivery, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain smooth operations.
- Enforce health and safety policies, including food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance.
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, promotional activities, and operational improvements.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality settings.
- Strong knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, food preparation, and serving procedures.
- Previous experience in kitchen environments or culinary roles is highly desirable.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Sound understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, including barista experience is advantageous.

Pay: £12.86-£14.86 per hour
