You will work as part of a friendly clinical team and have experience and qualifications to deliver Chronic disease management in Diabetes, Childhood Immunisations, Travel Health advice and Immunisations, Wound Management to include Compression Bandaging, Cervical Cytology Screening, INR, Hypertension and CHD.
The successful candidate will have:
- Current NMC registration
- A recognised qualifications in Nursing and Diabetes
- Have Practice Nurse experience in General Practice
- Knowledge of EMIS Web / Docman / Accurx / INR Star desirable
- Excellent organisational, communication and clinical skills
- Ability to understand caseload and audit standards of nursing care
- A good understanding of QOF, Enhanced Services and CQC
- The ability to multitask, be flexible and to remain calm when working under pressure
- Strong focus on teamwork
Pay: £18.00-£21.00 per hour
