Operations Co-Ordinator
First Response Training is one of the UK's leading and largest dedicated training providers, successfully delivering over 600 days of training each month, from First Aid to Oliver McGowan Learning Disabilities and Autism training.
We currently have an exciting vacancy at our Head Office in Pershore, to join our team as an Operations Support Administrator, working within our Operations department, ensuring a seamless with Client Services and other departments.
The successful candidate will consistently deliver exceptional operational support with a blended approach, ensuring the smooth running of training programmes and managing administrative tasks for the department with accuracy and completion in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with session preparation
- Data entry across multiple platforms including delegate names
- Managing scheduling, logistics and information flow
- Provide responsive real-time support to delivery teams, adapting to emerging need
- Training equipment requirements
- Maintain accurate records, reports and administration systems to ensure quality assurance and compliance
- Liaising between departments
- Reporting to line manager daily on trainer activity
