Your Requirements:
The primary responsibility of the Chef is preparation and delivery of all food items at your station according to specifications and time limits. Chefs must be able to follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the head chef while coordinating the delivery, storage of all foods and food safety standards within their section / kitchen. Assistance with cleaning, sanitation, and organization is also required.
As a Chef we would love you to have:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or higher.
- Experience working with a similar cuisine
- Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
- Full ownership in your role

Our pubs are all located in South Manchester and deliver a range of cuisine from modern and classic British to European and world cuisine. All our pubs have high paced professional kitchens and we aspire every day to be the best at what we do.
Kitchens are modern and well maintained and investment is regularly made in each of our venues to develop our offer.
