About the Role
As our Sales Co‑ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth, improve lead flow, and maintain outstanding customer service. You will be the engine behind our sales operation — qualifying leads, managing diaries, ensuring compliance with lead provider rules, and keeping our CRM accurate and up to date.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where your ability to prioritise, communicate clearly, and maintain high standards will directly influence business performance.
Key Responsibilities for this Role
Lead Qualification & Compliance

Promptly contact all incoming enquiries from multiple lead sources

Rigorously qualify prospects using our predefined criteria

Maintain expert knowledge of lead provider terms and conditions

Keep a healthy sales pipeline through timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.

Process unsuccessful leads in line with provider rules to secure refunds/credits where applicable.
Diary & Capacity Management

Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring sales diaries are accurate and efficient.

Organise meetings by location to minimise travel time and maximise productivity.

Ensure sales staff have:Adequate travel time between appointmentsDedicated admin blocks for follow-up calls, quotes and pipeline management
Customer Experience & Sales Support

Encourage customer reviews and feedback post-sale to support service improvement.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and sales activity.

Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all enquiries are logged, updated and in the correct status.

Provide insights to the Technical Director on market trends, common objections, and underperforming lead sources.
Team & Business Contribution

Build positive relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.

Contribute ideas to attract new clients and expand the customer base.

About You
We are looking for someone who brings energy, structure and commercial awareness to the role. You will have:

Experience in a similar sales co‑ordination or sales support role.

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales-related targets.

Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems, including generating reports on lead sources and sales performance.
