BHM Property Services Ltd. undertakes a range of multi-skilled work on commercial & private properties in and around the Leicester/Leicestershire area, offering a variety of services from facilities management, property maintenance to re-modelling, refurbishment work.
We are currently looking for multi-skilled trades persons (with a good level of plumbing knowledge), to join our team on a sub-contractor basis. These will be for short-term, fixed periods of time, to assist our existing team members, working on a variety of projects, such as bathroom re-fits, pipework, drainage, gas works, boiler works in extensions, garage & loft conversions, re-vamps and re-modelling projects that we are working on.
Essential Qualities:
- Capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow direction
- Familiar with industry safe working practises and able to adhere to current building regulations
- Fit, active, dedicated, and enthusiastic
- Presentable and approachable
- Positive outlook
- Great customer service (respectful and polite)
- A can-do, problem-solving attitude
- Attention to details; high standard of workmanship
Essential Qualities:
- A trade qualification (with good plumbing knowledge)
- Background knowledge of other trades; able to work alongside them
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
