As we scale our operations, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Assistants to join our dynamic office team.
The Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you will be the voice of Morevans Ltd. You will handle inbound inquiries from customers looking to move, provide accurate quotes, close sales, and support our network of transport partners. This is a fast-paced role that perfectly blends customer care with consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp to convert leads into bookings.
- Customer Support: Guide clients smoothly through their removal journey, resolving queries and ensuring an excellent experience.
- Quoting & Booking: Gather moving details to calculate accurate logistical quotes using our internal platform systems.
- Partner Coordination: Assist our independent driver partners with route scheduling, job updates, and platform troubleshooting.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records and booking statuses on our CRM software.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, call centres, customer service, or hospitality is highly valued.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a friendly, professional telephone manner.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using multi-channel communication tools (WhatsApp Business, Email) and CRM databases.
- Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet, handle objections, and multitask in a busy office environment.
- Logistics Interest: A basic understanding of UK geography or logistics is a plus, but not essential.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
