Job Title: Evening Team Member at Seaside Splatter
Location: 49 Norfolk Square, Brighton & Hove, BN1 2PA
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour, bonuses available

Working Hours:
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 12pm to 10.30pm
- Paid 30‑minute break
- Extra hours available

Role Overview:
If you love creativity, colour, and a bit of fun — this role is for you. You’ll be working in a lively paint studio where customers create their own masterpieces, and things will get messy. You’ll be helping people unleash their creativity, joining in with challenges, and yes… you will absolutely get paint on your clothes. It’s part of the fun.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement — Chat, laugh, encourage, and help customers bring their ideas to life.
- Studio setup & close-down — Get the studio ready for the evening customers and follow closing checklist at the end.
- Paint management — Top up paints, refill materials, and note anything that needs restocking etc.
- Creative involvement — Join in with challenges, demos, and fun activities with customers.
- Environment upkeep — Keep the space workable and safe, even when it’s gloriously messy.
- Social Media – To be involved in content on social media in videos/photos (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc).
Essential Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Happy, bubbly, and approachable
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable getting messy and working with paint
- Creative mindset and willingness to get involved
- Able to work independently
- Two references required (one must be from your most recent employer)

- You will receive a contract to read and sign before starting
Notice Period
- During probation: 2 weeks
- After probation: 4 weeks
