Rutledge Recruitment on behalf of ONE Personal Wellness is seeking an experienced Independent Nurse Prescriber (V300) to lead and oversee our IV Therapy and IM Injection Lounge on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for an experienced nurse looking for a flexible position that combines clinical practice, prescribing, governance, and service development within a premium wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and clinical assessments.
- Independently prescribe IV and IM treatments where appropriate.
- Deliver and oversee IV infusions and IM injections.
- Lead clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain treatment protocols, SOPs, and clinical documentation.
- Manage medicines, stock control, and clinical supplies.
- Train and support clinic staff.
- Review client outcomes and ensure patient safety.
- Support the development and growth of clinical wellness services.
Essential Requirements
- Registered Adult Nurse.
- Current NMC Registration.
- Independent Nurse Prescriber Qualification (V300).
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience.
- Competent in IV cannulation, infusion therapy, and IM injections.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and medicines management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desirable
- Experience in private healthcare, wellness, lifestyle medicine, preventative health, or aesthetics.
- Previous experience managing clinical services or teams.
Hours
Part-Time (16–24 hours per week)
Flexible working pattern across 2–3 days, including occasional evenings or Saturdays as required.
