Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Cleaner to join our team working 6.5 hours per week, This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in commercial environments, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensure restrooms and common areas are hygienic and well-stocked
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout assigned areas within scheduled times
- Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable with good time management skills to complete tasks within designated periods
