About the Role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service to our guests across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events. You'll lead shifts, motivate the team, and ensure every guest enjoys a warm and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the restaurant team during service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest queries professionally.
- Support, train and motivate team members.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Help manage stock levels and minimise waste.
- Ensure company policies and health & safety procedures are followed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or food & beverage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, hands-on attitude with strong leadership abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
- Personal Licence or food safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
