Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Accounts Manager to lead our client engagement and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, develop strategic relationships, and contribute significantly to our organisation’s success. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing key accounts, analysing sales data, and leading a team to achieve ambitious targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow wholesale and retail sales for bakery, sweets, and confectionery products.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with wholesale customers, retail shops, and business clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively generate new wholesale and retail business partnerships.
- Conduct regular market research in South Asian bakery sector, including competitor pricing, product demand, and seasonal trends such as Eid, Diwali, weddings, and Ramadan.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase distribution of Savera products across new and existing retail outlets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports covering turnover, account performance, product demand, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of sales processes and client management.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and analysing data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
