Location: E14 4 days a week with EMEA travel monthly
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Project Manager to support the delivery of real estate, construction, and facilities projects across a major global corporate client account within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, governance, and client satisfaction.
This role requires a commercially aware and highly organised professional with strong stakeholder management skills, proven experience in project delivery, and the ability to operate within a fast-paced, high-profile corporate environment. The individual will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes across planning, design, construction, handover, and close-out phases
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects in line with CBRE standards, governance processes, and reporting requirements, including the use of Kahua and other approved project management tools.
Deliver projects safely, on time, within scope, and within approved budgets while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Support the development of project scopes, objectives, delivery strategies, and execution plans in collaboration with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project programmes using MS Project (minimum standard) and other approved scheduling tools.
Monitor project performance through established KPIs, reporting frameworks, and project controls, ensuring proactive management of risks, issues, and change.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and financial performance, including analysis of project constraints and opportunities.
Coordinate resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, status reports, meeting minutes, and governance updates on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, suppliers, and contractors across the EMEA region.
Chair client, design, and construction meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and communicated effectively.
Administer Principal and Managed Principal construction contracts, including JCT and regional contract forms aligned to the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
Procure and manage consultant appointments, construction contracts, and third-party suppliers, including development of scopes of services and tender documentation.
Provide guidance on appropriate procurement routes and project delivery methodologies.
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory requirements, including Building Control, Planning, Landlord approvals, and local authority processes.
Manage designers, consultants, and specialist teams to ensure timely delivery of design information and project milestones.
Oversee project close-out activities, including testing and commissioning, handover documentation, defect management, and operational transition. Person Specification / Requirements
Proven experience in project management within corporate real estate, construction, facilities management, or infrastructure environments (typically 4–6+ years).
Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, occupancy, and close-out.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent real estate or construction projects across regional or international portfolios.
Strong understanding of project governance, construction contracts, procurement processes, and consultant management.
Good knowledge of statutory approvals, compliance requirements, and construction delivery practices across EMEA markets.
Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to interpret budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and project cost analysis.
Advanced organisational skills with strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and multitasking capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and project reporting platforms such as Kahua.
Experience administering JCT and other standard forms of contract is desirable.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA portfolio, potentially up to 100% during active project phases.
Expected attendance in the client office a minimum of three days per week when UK-based and not travelling for project delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional project management certification is advantageous
