Automatic Door Engineer Company Overview:
Our client, a respected leader in the door industry with years of expertise, is seeking an Automatic Door Engineer to join their growing Automation Department.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. The successful candidate will take on a varied role, responsible for the installation, servicing, fault-finding, and repair of automated door systems, working with a diverse range of products.
Automatic Door Engineer Role and Responsibilities:
- Install, service, repair, and maintain automated door systems.
- Diagnose faults and find effective solutions.
- Work on a variety of automated door brands and products.
- Communicate directly with customers, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Assist in the growth and development of the Automation Department.
Automatic Door Engineer Skills & Experience Required:
- Full UK driving license (essential).
- Experience in the automatic door industry is preferred but not essential (we will train the right candidate).
- Willingness to work across all aspects of the role: installation, servicing, fault-finding, and repair.
- A positive attitude and self-motivation are essential.
- Desirable qualifications: IPAF, CSCS/ECS, ADSA/ADIA, BS EN16005, or City & Guilds.
