Paragon Resource Solutions are currently working in partnership with a reputable social housing contractor who are recruiting for a full time Wet-room fitter on their planned works programme covering the Ely/Littleport area to start asap.

£220-£250 CIS
Main responsibilities -
- To be responsible for the conversion of Bathrooms to Wet Rooms including all associated works (excluding flooring) within both occupied and void properties using the required tools.
- To assess and carry out installations efficiently and effectively.
- To be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a
high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service.
- To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner.
In this role you will have the following duties:
- The full installation of wet rooms in social housing properties in the East Cambridgeshire area.
- Basic decorating skills.
- Ceramic tiling.
- Plumbing
This could lead to long term sub-contracting opportunities for the right individual.
Please note you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work.
