The Nurse Manager is responsible for the day to day running of Fruithill Private Nursing Home (36 beds), providing leadership to a cohesive care team of full-time, part-time and bank staff to ensure effective and compassionate care to each of our 36 residents.
- The RQIA requirement for registration is:- The applicant must hold a management qualification or have at least 2 years relevant management experience within the last 5 years at Band 6 or equivalent
- The sucessful candidate will posess excellent nursing, interpersonal and organisational skills and lead the staff in continuing delivery of high standards of patient care
