Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our leisure centre. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer services. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all centre operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supervising staff to deliver an outstanding experience for our community.
Responsibilities
- High standard of customer service & care
- Reception duties, cashing up, telephone enquires, handling bookings etc
- Setting up of sports & party equipment in the centre
- Understanding and selling of memberships / activities
- Working at our bar / Café area when required
Experience
- Confidenence working on your own, or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor desirable
- A passion for customer services with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for all community.
