Overall job purpose
To contribute to the agenda to improve pupil attendance across schools in both authorities, implementing legal processes relating to Fixed Penalty Notices in Education, preparing cases for prosecution in the courts, progressing Education Supervision Orders and School Attendance Orders, and assisting with the implementation of procedures linked to child employment matters.
