Supervisor Role
Exciting opportunity for the right candidate at our lovely city centre pub. Our supervisors take on running shifts that consistently deliver a great guest experience. We serve fresh food, amazing beers and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think on their feet as well as have a positive outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading shifts, opening and closing the venue
- Key holding responsibilities
- Advanced cellar management
- Monitoring booking system and availability
- Assist with staff training and development
- Ensure cleaning protocols are followed and the bar is kept clean at all times
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Adhere to the health and safety and standard operating policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to licensing conditions at all times
- Ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, employees, guests and other persons on the premises
About you:
- Passionate person with excellent customer service
- Excellent communication
- Strong Leadership
- Previous experience in leading and managing a team
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- A passion for beer and music
