About the Client You’ll Be Supporting
You will be supporting a 40‑year‑old male with physical disabilities who leads an active, engaging life and is supported by an enthusiastic, welcoming team of carers.
He is looking for bright, bubbly, positive individuals who can contribute to a warm, friendly environment.
All care is delivered on double‑up shifts, meaning you will always work alongside another carer. You will never be alone or solely responsible for the client—this creates a supportive, safe, and collaborative working atmosphere, particularly for those new to complex care.
Your Role: Complex Care Assistant
As a valued member of our team, you will deliver high‑quality, personalised care to individuals with complex needs. You will receive complete training and ongoing support to develop advanced skills, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Personal care
- Nebuliser management
- Stoma care
- Gastro feed management
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Compassionate and patient‑focused
- Experienced in care and eager to upskill
- Calm, organised, and reliable
- Honest, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator
- A driver with access to a car (essential)
- Friendly, upbeat, and able to contribute to a positive team environment
Shift Pattern
- Night shifts; 21:30–08:30 & 22:00–08:30
All shifts are double‑up, so you will always be working with another carer.
